To, .

The Commissioner,

Information & Public Relations,

Govt. of A.P., Samachar Bhavan,

A.C. Guards,

HYDERABAD.

Sir,

As you know with regard to the allotment of plots to the members of the A.P. Cine Workers Cooperative Housing Society, Chitrapuri Colony, it is mentioned in the G.O. No. 658 dated 04-07-1994 that there shall be a committee of 5 members, out of 2 may be from the film industry and 3 shall be from the government consisting of (1). Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, (2). Registrar of Cooperative Societies and (3) Collector, Ranga Reddy District. This was intended to avoid any malpractices in allotting the plots. But as on 22-04-2008 it was informed that the other 2 members from the film industry have not been appointed and with this, a scope is given for irregularities in allotment of plots which obviously depriving the genuine rights of several Cine Workers in the industry.

We, in the interest of thousands of Cine Workers and their families request you to constitute the 5 members committee as decided, forthwith and only then allot the plots to the deserving Cine Workers and do justice.

Please inform us about the action taken from your side, with in 7 days from the date of receipt of this letter.

Thanking you sir.

Sincerely Yours

(C.V.L. Narasimha Rao).
