LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE SOUNDS THE POLITICAL BUGLE WITH THEIR FIRST PUBLIC MEETING AT BEGUMPUR

Lok Satta Party with their alliance partners Lok Raj Sanghathan, Naya Daur Party and National Youth Party organised the first public meeting at Begumpur under Bawana Vidhan Sabha seat which was attended by large number of supporters and well wishers.

LSP supporters were auto owners/drivers and large numbers of ladies who had come to express their grievance and anger over rising prices and depleting law & order situation in Delhi.

Auto owners/drivers pointed out a few problem areas that need to be solved viz:

-    No fixed operation hours
-    Harassment by Delhi Police
-    No auto stands
-    Risk in plying their autos in lonely stretches after sunset
-    No medical assistance

Families voiced their anger over high electricity, water and prices of food items which is ruining their life and they are put to lot of hardships in making ends meet.

LSP alongwith their allies expressed their full support and assured them that we will fight for their rights and will stand shoulder to shoulder in this struggle.

LSP also opened their office in Begumpur and appointed Shri Subedar Singh as their Ward Incharge.

LSP will take up the issues with CM of Delhi, State Transport Department and Delhi Police and will be submitting a memorandum to them and if no action is taken we will commence protests and sit ins in front of CM House, Transport minister and Police Headquarters.

About 500people became members of the party and promised to carry on the good work in Begumpur Ward area and Bawana Assembly segment.
